Hip Hop I feel floats heavily on the beat and hook. Look at ……Black and Yellow…. then look at a song from “Nas” “New York State of Mind”…Granted Nas in on beat but the song is mainly about the Verse… where as Hip Hop is about the Song heavily and Hook….. My take short and simple

Black and Yellow is heavily chorus and beat.. both beats are bonkers but look at how many times chorus is said in black and yellow vs how many times a hook is said in New York State of Mind…..

Of songs that is lol…… whats up this is ya boy Don-dii (like wii) chillin recovering from a late night working. I’ve decided what songs I want to add to the upcoming CD but I wrestle with how many songs… 11 or 12? Send your comments on what you think the end number should be…

Ok so I saw the 1epic contest gig by Kia right, and I thought oh well another chance to win a car yada yada… so I put my information in and kept tabs on it. Answered the cross word puzzle, I even recorded the commercial when it aired with my trusty web cam. I cant believe  I recorded it, guess you can say I was into winning a new car like the rest LOL!

The animal was a snake wow…. then there’s the 10 puzzles (WOW!) I stated right thinking ok i’ll get done in 2 min… all I can say is that was the hardest set of puzzles I’ve ever done… I wanted to quit many times but I’m happy to say I didnt. I finished it…. see the pic : )

Dont let the things of yesterday hinder your creativity of today. Need a lil inspiration? Read the bible, believe it or not God put it there for a reason, for us to find out who He is. I’ll tell you this, He is the only peace I have.

Was listening to the Yolanda Adams morning show this morning, those guys are awesome!! James Brown kept it real on Mike Vick who I am a fan of. My take on Him… is he captures the true essence of redemption….. he made a mistake, acknowledged it, apologized, paid his dues, and now is on the road to the superbowl, I say he deserves the chance to get there. For all this critics… I’ll say these eternal famous words… “Let he who is not guilty of sin cast the first stone.”

the morning workout…. cool…. I jump on the xbox kinect for that Active 2 and my fitness evolved. Gotta stay in shape and watch my image lol…how did that sound? LOL

So next move… work…. getting these songs geared up to be heard and sold… working on some performances as well. Stay tuned and leave a comment… I’ll respond : )

Hmmm sell a lot of records…. be an inspiration to upcoming generations…. role model…. put out good music… these are things I’m sure many artists think about… I think about that too…. I have a gift The Lord passed on to me via my dad… so I feel it is a must for people to hear the music… Strange how I’ve never known my father but he left me something I can use to inspire others….. holla at ya on the flip side
