In the studio finishing up some recording…. ok ok…. so when can we hear some music…. great question… have two mix tape tracks I’m lookin at lettin go while the cd is still being finished. I was thinking of working with the team to put video with one of the tracks…. the flow is bonkers!! for real…. you’ll see

Shout out to Ernest and Kevin for putting on Poetry in Motion and accepting Hip Hop in the mix : )

We represented well… look forward to the next performance…. they were stepping in there as well… shout out to Teresa and all who attended… see you guys next time. Oh and check back for the video I will post so you guys can see.

It was awesome and humbling that the people were feelin the music… thats what I love about performing and using my gift of creating great music…. you dont have to convince people to like it…. its something within in them that decides whether they like your music… I love that…..

Got a couple of fans but I know a lot more is in the works….. so fresh!

Ok so I saw the 1epic contest gig by Kia right, and I thought oh well another chance to win a car yada yada… so I put my information in and kept tabs on it. Answered the cross word puzzle, I even recorded the commercial when it aired with my trusty web cam. I cant believe  I recorded it, guess you can say I was into winning a new car like the rest LOL!

The animal was a snake wow…. then there’s the 10 puzzles (WOW!) I stated right thinking ok i’ll get done in 2 min… all I can say is that was the hardest set of puzzles I’ve ever done… I wanted to quit many times but I’m happy to say I didnt. I finished it…. see the pic : )

Life of a music artist- lets go

Dont let the things of yesterday hinder your creativity of today. Need a lil inspiration? Read the bible, believe it or not God put it there for a reason, for us to find out who He is. I’ll tell you this, He is the only peace I have.

Was listening to the Yolanda Adams morning show this morning, those guys are awesome!! James Brown kept it real on Mike Vick who I am a fan of. My take on Him… is he captures the true essence of redemption….. he made a mistake, acknowledged it, apologized, paid his dues, and now is on the road to the superbowl, I say he deserves the chance to get there. For all this critics… I’ll say these eternal famous words… “Let he who is not guilty of sin cast the first stone.”

the morning workout…. cool…. I jump on the xbox kinect for that Active 2 and my fitness evolved. Gotta stay in shape and watch my image lol…how did that sound? LOL

So next move… work…. getting these songs geared up to be heard and sold… working on some performances as well. Stay tuned and leave a comment… I’ll respond : )

Hmmm sell a lot of records…. be an inspiration to upcoming generations…. role model…. put out good music… these are things I’m sure many artists think about… I think about that too…. I have a gift The Lord passed on to me via my dad… so I feel it is a must for people to hear the music… Strange how I’ve never known my father but he left me something I can use to inspire others….. holla at ya on the flip side

… it’s interstin to hear what the gate keepers allow on the radio these days. catchy beats but messages that make you scratch your head…. how they get that on the radio…who’s pockets did they lace?..madness I say lol.  I  call myself a trend setter cause I don’t conform to what I hear. I express myself through my lyrics and music in a way that 10 years from now you could play my music on an mp3 and the message is still relevant.

I enjoy music… I love it…. whether I’m making millions from my gift or not its a gift I enjoy. I enjoy sharing it with others as well. That “thing” when people hear your music and dig it… not having to convince them but letting the music do its thing….. thats priceless and that is “part why I do what I do” I’ll share more as the days go by… Holla at ya boy…..
